I have read references that HRT cause some degree of thepelvis changing allignment. What experiences has anyone had including how long on HRT till it happened, and what was the effect. I k.ow bone structure itself wont change unless you are pretty young.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I have read that too, but I have not seen any hard data. But I have not noticed any thing after 34 months on HRT.

I can't say the angle of my pelvis has changed but I am finding it's easier to walk with my toes pointed slightly inward instead of having them pointing outward. The way I walk has definately changed but I am not sure as to why.

Hi Stacy...
In ma twenties when i'd been on HRT for 5 years or more... all was very well...lol Shape was fine and life in knickers and swimsuits no one ever guessed...
Then I hit ma 30s...Then I hit ma 40s...And eek yeah gads then the bugger it i'm bl##dy bleeding 50s kicked in...for me this sucked, though i'd been good on diet and a regular gym bunny... my torso had got a tad mommys bland-blobbed... :-\
So Meltzer's lipo magic last year gave me back my 30s hip waist ratio again... my suit skirts from two decades ago now zip right back on and fit lovely.... and ma abfab butt shapes real back...
I hate to say it does work, and blokes at my gym in there 30s now nod-n-wink...
This is why the cosmetic surgery business is so huge... if the results didn't in the main really cut it... no one would put themselves through the grief... and watching the SAG award this week not a woman in the 'business' hasn't not done it....
And for women the reality is – tis a cruel world - as we're all judged on looks aesthetics – whether we like it or not...
If you wanna play the game... its best to figure out the rules...

Stacy if I'm correct it's referencing how the lower back curves inward and the butt sticks out more? I noticed that sometime in the first year, not really sure exactly when it happened, around the same time I noticed I could no longer walk in a masculine way even if I wanted to.

I've always had really bad posture and have slouched like nobody's business. In fact, it always hurt my back to actually sit up straight. But now, I'm finding that it hurts my back to slouch and doesn't hurt my back as much to sit up straight. The first thought that popped into my head was, "Maybe this has something to do with the hormones"? Then I thought to myself, "Nah, that can't have anything to do with it." I've been on Spiro since Sept. 20th and Estrogen since December 3rd-ish, so not that long.
