Mr Peter Trigger, from Northampton, received his Anti-social Behaviour Order, known as an Asbo, in 2008 and it banned him from ever showing bare legs again as children arrive for school. The offender, aged 60, was later handed a suspended sentence. As he breached the Asbo however, his sentence was activated in October of last year.

On the basis of what has been reported, this is quite a disturbing mattr really. The man broke no laws, there are no reports of sexual conduct. Yet he gets multipul convictions and placed on the sex offenders register.

Strangely, the Sun carries this story, rather sypathetically, by their standards. And the responses from readers are mostly supportive.

Can't really decide what is stranger.
