SO, I had an intake with a new therapist .... this time it went much much better.
First, the therapist disclosed that she has an ftm brother and that her son is gender non conforming (he's still in primary school).
She has never been the primary on a transgender client for writting letter and such but she is okay with doing it. She doesn't feel she is a gate keeper and that we will write the letter together. I can't wait to start my sessions with her! She is on maternity leave so it's not until March 3rd but I am already hopeful that she is much better than my last attempt
