Hey everyone.
Im a newbie here. Im from Vietnam and Im 19 years old. Untill now, Im living in a body of a little girl. I think about my trans day every single second of life. Yeah you know how I want it.
I've been in love with a girl for 3 years, and I believe for its existence. She comes to my life just like opening a bright door. I've realized who I really are.
I am trying my best practicing for the TOEFL test. If things go right, I fly to San Francisco in the middle of the year to study. And then, my dream has chance to come true.
As I've known, top surgeries in US take a damn amount of money. It's about $6,200 and I don't know how can I earn that much. Guys, do you know any good surgeons who make a better charge?
We all know, people like us, we have lots of difficulties in life. But the main thing is out effort. I hope to see some of you here in real life, when we all are changed as what we wish for...

The cheapest well known surgeon who does top surgery is Dr. Garramone, which is about 5,700 I think, that's who i plan to go to once I save up, and I really like his work as well
