Well i finally got my medications after my last visit to my doctors on the 15th, and wow! I need to ask has anyone else had a huge roll of changes start rather quickly? I am changing at a pace that i did not expect and wondered if maybe it was mostly mental as i do feel "DIFFERENT" than i did prior to starting. I called my doctors office and after speaking briefly with my doctor i was asked to come in on monday. I hope my lab work is fine.

Congrats on getting your hormones. I hope your lab work is okay too!
When I first started therapy I told my therapist that it felt like a dam was about to burst. it's kind of been happening like that, so many changes rather quickly.
I really believe that the act of taking a pill everyday has a profound effect simply because you are taking action to transition. I think a lot of people underestimate how powerful a simple act like this can be. I also feel that this is often the source of the placebo effect that people talk about.

The simple act of taking a positive step, day after day is immensely empowering, physically AND mentally. Also, estrogen is well-known as a mood brightener for many people.

Well I saw my doctors and after testing had to be hospitalized sadly my health is not going to permit hrt therapy of any dosage or kind. I am still not feeling well but will post more as my endo and i figure out what happened and why. For now were calling it a hypersensitivity to the treatment i was prescribed.
