I'm pretty sure the answer to that is no or otherwise I would have a full beard by now with all the acne problems I've had since going on T.

acne.org has a lot of good tips about acne. I find washing my face at least once a day with a gentle oil free cleanser helps. I do it in the shower and only wash my face for 10 seconds and it was keeping major spots at bay. I haven't washed it the past few days and I have three big bumps now. I am oging to start doing it again. It's really bes to wash it twice a day but I found it very uncomfortable for me to wash my face in the sink.

I can't tell if what I've been doing has been helping or not since I haven't had too many pimples so far (although it's more than pre-T). I use an oil free acne wash/exfoliant. I tend to scrub it all over my face for 15 seconds (or until everything has been covered) then leave it on my skin for around 30 seconds and rinse it off.

damn 10 months and just getting acne? you're lucky lol. i'm on 9 months and it's gotten worse as times went by, don't think more pimples necessarily means more hair coming in. I tend to get in grown hairs after i shave, but I had horrible acne my first go around with puberty so I kind of expected it with this too. The only thing that i've found that helps is Dial glycerin soap with vitamin E and aloe. Surprisingly doesn't leave your skin oily even with the vitamin E.

I'm not on T but I've had acne all my life. I wash my face 2 or 3 times a day, once with acne cleanser and the other times just with water. I find I have to keep buying different brands of cleanser, because they stop working after a while. If it doesn't seem to work right away give it a chance, usually it takes a few days of using it for the effects to kick in.
Just my two cents, hope it helps.

Just to point out that it will typically get worse before hand with cleansers as it will bring the ones under the surface to the top before healing them.

If you're not willing to spend money on acne treatments or don't want to go to a dermatologist to get recipes for them, some of the natural remedies can be ok for you.
If you're saying your pillows become dirty because of your skin, it may be that you have way too much oil on your face.
Have your tried the Rice Cleanser? It's easy to do: Take some raw rice. Grab a fistful and put it on a bowl. Drop some water in the bowl, enough to cover entirely the rice and then some more. Mix mix mixm mix and manipulate the rice with your hands. You'll see the water turning into white. Ok, use that white water on your face as a tonic after 1-washing your face in the morning and 2-before going to bed.
You can apply the water with your hands, some cotton pads, a cloth, sponge, etc etc whatever tickles you fancy.
Oh, and this works too for shoulders-back.
The oils on your body will be reduced using this natural rice tonic, and the rice is very cheap. Plus you can cook it and eat it after taking the water out. It's very healthy for your to eat rice!!
In the summer, when it's too damn hot, you can take baths or showers o this rice water. Just take the rice water into big bowls and flush it into your body. It's refreshing and it helps your skin to noot sweat too much. After that you'll feel refreshed, non-sweaty and clean. :)
