Just saw this online, and didn't see it posted on Susan's yet...

Hopefully, they win their case against New York... Peter Sprigg from the Family Research Council is absolutely offensive when he says that changing one's sex on legal documents is "a form of fraud." I really can't believe someone would make that type of argument.

Good catch -- The comments by Hairy Bigot in the article are what I would expect from his group, but what did their reporting of his comment really add to the news story?  I don't see why it was necessary, since we can assume that the state's Attorney General is doing what one should do on the other side of the TG's lawsuit, unless he is going to do what they did in California here and refuse to defend the State and let it lose the suit by default.
