I've been able to read alot recently and am zooming through my current collection of books. Most of these are the paranormal or fantasy.
I was wondering if there was anything in that genre that touched on ->-bleeped-<-?
What would you recommend in general (TG or no TG involved) as a fantasy / paranormal book?
(I've recently finished "The Looking Glass Wars" "Incarceron" "Paranormalcy")
I also love to read manga or watch anime and have read "No Bra" and I was wondering if there were any other good manga reads about transgendered people.

What a fun question! I'll do some digging, but the most prominent example I can think of right off the bat is in the Wheel of Time books (a pretty epic undertaking) when one of the villains of the game is reincarnated in a female body. He was a pervert in life as a man, so it doesn't end up reflecting very well on TG culture.
I'll keep looking!

The only other really good example I can remember is The Female Man by Joanna Russ. I was not a tremendous man, but the book does center quite heavily on the ways men and women are treated as judged by their gender. More of a historical commentary than anything in my mind.
