So I've decided that I want to go job hunting in stealth. However, I don't have any of my legal stuff changed. I was wondering, can I potentially get in trouble for not using my legal name on my resume, or otherwise get in trouble for being "deceptive" if I don't disclose my trans status to a potential employer? I live in Alberta btw.

I don't know about Canada, but here in the States, if you don't put down what the Social Security has on file, they will receive a letter. And then they can fire you for falsifying an application.
