A film producer is laughing her way to the bank after her movie "Dalam Botol", a tale about a Muslim man who undergoes sex reassignment surgery to please his male lover, became a box-office hit just five days into its opening on March 24.
Raja Azmi Raja Sulaiman's intention of riding on sensitive issues like transgender and homosexuality was simple – to churn out a hit movie, which she somehow did and all at the expense of an issue so fragile and much misunderstood.
