it produces the same stuff in there, but there will be less glands so there wont be alot of it
most will have to use lub
the colon method is a "always on" state, sometimes it produces too much but the newer methods somehow reduced it a little so there isn't a need for a pad

You will likely find that you will need to add supplemental lubrication no matter which surgeon you go to.
