It looks like I'll be able to start my transition soon, but I am wondering something, and I've heard different things about it.
I'm currently 6' and about 200 lbs, but only 10% body fat. I know that HRT I will lose muscle, which at this point is wanted, but I do want to lose the weight (I don't want it all to turn to fat). I'd like to lose some weight, but am curious whether I should hold off on HRT until I lose 30 lbs or so. Losing the weight should be a lot easier, but I don't want to hold off any longer. Any comments/advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
