Hi,
Just throwing this out there for anyone in the area who had the same trouble I had finding where to start.
I was lost and ended up going to the nurse - who sent me to a general councellor - who I went to for six weeks. She couldn't find where to send me so I carried on going to her in limbo for another six weeks - until I ended up at an aids charity who also hold an LGBT youth group.
That was still the wrong place - but they had the right contacts and I should hopefully be seeing the right people soon.
Therefore, if you're trans, in Wolverhampton or surrounding areas, and completely lost as to where to go - just contact X2Y at the Terrance Higgins Trust. They're in a general office building, nobody will know why you're there if that worries you. They'll probably think you're going to the housing association on the floor down.
