I got the idea for a thread where people can post about whatever their current obsession is. I'll start.
Brushing my hair. I've always been pretty particular with how it lies and making sure it's as "perfect" as I can get it, but since I've really let it grow I seem to always have my brush in my hand; watching a movie, passing time online, talking on the phone, it doesn't matter I'm often brushing my hair.
So, I put the question out there... What are YOU obsessed with?
My obsessions can last days or years, but right now it's reading books I used to read when I was a kid. It's super nostalgic :)
As always, music, music, and music! ;D Between my Pandora and Zune subscriptions, I have just about everything I want at the touch of a button, and it's much cheaper than trying to support my old CD habit.
Oh, and I'm also currently obsessed with Grey's Anatomy, as I'm watching every episode back to back while looking for a job. There's something strangely motivating about that show.
Hmm, I am pretty into eve online, something about how challenging it is to live in nullsec with a tiny alliance and no blues. That and the game has a built in male to female voice font for the in game voice chat, and I love to hear myself as I should sound. The first person I came out to, is also an avid player of this MMO, I do all aspects, PVP, PVE, RP, Industry, etc. Though with the recent troubles I have been having I don't think I will be able to play next month unless I can come up with the money or in game currency to do so.
I also am obsessed, no addicted to grapefruit juice, I think it is strange, because I don't like the taste so much.
Just started Eve recently. It's not bad at all.
Obsessions... hmm... I wouldn't say I have any particularly strong ones at the moment. Maybe hanging out here could be considered such since I do it far more now. ;D
I'm a little obsessed with my body hair at the moment, and keeping it at bay.
Otherwise, I'm obsessed with my loom - I've finally got it assembled today and I can't stop thinking about things to weave on it.

I'm obsessed with Conjure One's music. Conjure One is created by Rhys Fulber, co-creator of Delerium and Frontline Assembly with Bill Leeb, as well as other musical projects. There are three albums out to date, the self-titled debut Conjure One, Extraordinary Ways, and the most recent Exilarch. If you are a fan of pop-ish rhythmic beats flavored with Middle Eastern and ambient melodies, then Conjure One could become an obsession for you too! :)

Speaking of Ramen.... (It's a Japanese soup of broth, noodles, veggies and meat) Has anyone seen the Ramen Girl starring the late Brittany Murphy?
She is another obsession of mine. I was pretty stunned by her sudden death, and it still bothers me. I've started watching ever movie I can find that she was ever in. I've always really liked her. Not only was she extraordinarily beautiful, but she had such an infectious personality that when she talked and smiled and laughed in interviews a person couldn't help but smile and laugh along with her. A very very rare woman, taken far too soon.

LOL sorry, I wasn't trying to make it sound gross! I've watched the film twice, I really like it. Brittany always put everything into her roles, whether it was comedic, dramatic, romantic, etc.

Right now I am hardcore core into Starcraft 2. Getting ready to try out for MLG tournaments. (Thats Major League Gaming...yes, professional gaming to make a living. lol) Also i am getting back into City of Heroes MMO after leaving World of Warcraft. Lurve me somesuper heroes!
I saw the movie April. It was pretty good. ^.^ Kind of unrealistic though. If someone as stalkerish as her came to my ramen shop, I think I'd call the cops. >.>

Art/music: This is a given, I was born to express myself, particularly playing guitar
Getting out of the house: I don't go to school until August, and I'm already planning what to pack
TV: particularly Glee/Glee radio, and Supernatural DVDs.
So I just pretty much summed up my entire life in four lines. Thats what I do all day, every day, other than work out, shower, sleep, and eat.

Rhys Fulber's short-lived and little known WILL project was hauntingly amazing.
I don't really know what I'm currently obsessed with. Does it count that I played the same song over and over and over again and listened to it the entire of the evening yesterday? Does it count that I've burnt through all the books in the Dresden Files series in a couple months? Does it count that I know most of Bauhaus's lyrics by heart? What counts as a proper obsession?
Samuels Pepys and Johnson, London literate life in the eighteenth century, Misty's Big Adventure (new album out last week) ... and, at the moment, the idea of time travel.
Thought of this great idea for a book - Time/space travel has been accidentally invented and I am tasked with finding a use for it. I decide to go back in time and bring great moralist Samuel Johnson to our century in order for him to give us some handy moral pointers (a la Aristophenes' The Frogs). However, there are other people who also have access to time/space travel and before we know it, Nell Gwyn is seen plying her trade above a chinese resturant in Soho, there is a note to the Mayor of London informing him that Menelaus and the Greek army will besiege the city until Helen is returned to them and a bunch of angry aliens appear from nowhere, accusing us of wiping out their allies. It's up to me and Samuel Johnson to save the city, the country and the world.
My hair too, okay the front and sides are someone elses and clip on, but after 10 years of crew cuts/shaving I love the way it feels.

I've been trying to perfect my technique so I can get three stars for every puzzle :) it's tough but really fun to figure out how best to use each bird. :)

Discovering new music, I'm on that road I hit every few years or months of my musical endeavors where I've listened to most of my music so much I want something new until I find a genre I love and it starts taking up most of my library. Currently that's brought me to classic dubstep, new dubstep that's like classics (basically not wubstep, think Burial and Synkro) and dub music.
And cheese toasties, I've been having them for breakfast and before I go to sleep for a few weeks now. :D
Oh and of course My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

I'm also obsessed with Guitar hero & Rock Band, when i'm hammering away on my plastic guitar I forget i'm in my front room & bask in the cheers of my adoring fans in the audience ;D
Right now there's a few things I really find I can't pull myself away from. The first are Lee Child's Reacher novels. Easy and light, but full of excitement and cunning detective-like sleuthing. A truly magnificent character, one who I am as interested to find more about as to find out more about the plot of each particular book. Second, I've been finding my PandoraOne app paused and WinAmp open to Blanca (Blanca Sandoval (youtube) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJMTFGHPxtw#), http://blancasmusic.net/ (http://blancasmusic.net/)). A wonderful artist and wonderful person. Even though I don't know nearly enough Spanish to fully understand what she's saying, her music is just so relaxing. Lastly, I'm hooked on hot. Hot food that is. As a recent grad I find myself living back at home with my mom, who happens to have an amazing chili garden. We're hoping to have some Naga Ghosts this year.
