Title: ID humour
Post by: Frank on June 15, 2011, 08:55:45 PM
So I went in to wal mart today to buy some movies and got ID'd because one had an R rating or whatever. The dude looked very closely at my ID which has a feminine name with the F and is from South Dakota even though I've lived in MS for two or three years now. He then said, "Have a nice day bro." Don't get me wrong, I love getting away with male pronouns even with my ID being shown but seriously, that's some funny stuff. xD That's been happening for a few years now. Amazes me every time. I'm lucky.  ;D

I often wonder if they think you grabbed the wrong licence or something, but I've never had anyone use the wrong pronoun for my presentaion (yet).

You know you might want to check out the law.  Most states require you have something within a few months, listing your current address and all.  Otherwise you could find yourself sitting in the back seat of a cop car for way too long.

Yeah I know that's just asking for trouble but I like courting trouble for some reason. Anyway, I'm moving to MO in a week or two so I'll probably replace it with an MO ID.

Good thinking.  Trouble is fine, but trouble with cops really sucks.
