Post by: jamie russo on June 24, 2011, 10:36:16 PM
I am going into my second month of doctor supervised hrt. I am currently taking. estrodial and spironolactone. I have not had anything out of the ordinary Happen, no real side effectsbetc,;but I have had restless legs every night and was curious if this is normal? I have not had a good sleep in a month.

I have had it too.  Not sure if it is a potassium problem or if it is even related.  What I did was start taking a homeopathic pill with Quinine.  It calms them.  But check with your doctor first.  They may wish to check your levels.

Check quinine with your pharmacist/doc, it interacts with other drugs.

I've had restless legs for ever, they keep wanting to wrap around some cute guys waist :embarrassed: :embarrassed:
