i started hrt may the fourth and im not sure how to count and see how many months have i been on hrt. Can someone please help? its really tricky lol

You mean for your ticker? It looks correct.

May 4 - June 4 = 1 month

June 4 - June 30 = 26 days

1 month, 26 days. Or 1 month, 3 weeks and 5 days.

You did it correctly :)

It won't tick over to 2 months until Monday, the 4th of the July.
