maybe growth pains ? But I'd definitely recommend getting this checked out as soon as possible with your endo or a doctor.

I can't imagine you could even have whole body growth pains. Bone pain sounds pretty serious, though it could probably be caused by a whole bunch of things. As I've always been told, if a dose change causes any adverse side effects stop/change back to whatever you were doing when things didn't hurt. Consulting your doctor is probably wise too. I know when I started HRT I was already on Lisinopril (an ACE inhibitor, for BP) and Spiro happens to affect you in a similar way. After a while I couldn't stand up, slow or fast, without getting fully eye-sparkled into a wall. This was, of course, something we knew might happen, an undesired drop in BP. I simply stopped the dosage of "BP meds" that weren't the ones I wanted to be taking. As I obviously wanted to be taking Spiro my Lisinopril bottle hasn't changed quantity in quite a while now.

Edit: Also, sorry for not actually answering your question, but as I have zero qualifications to give you any form of actual medical advice, I think it's better that way.
