It's seemingly impossible for me to get a therapist here, or the surrounding English speaking countries. So, I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to speak via skype, and perhaps knows anyone.
Cheers! :)
I know of Dr. Graham L. Peveller, he does chat and (most likely) skype sessions. Payment depends on what you're pursuing (hrt, surgery, etc.) I've heard decent things about the guy.

Thank you Silas! I e-mailed him and he seems a very good bet. Especially since he's nearest my time zone. :)
I think there are several that do this but I don't have a handy reference.
Hope it works out for you then, Mad! ;D
Thank you. I have my first appointment scheduled for tomorrow night. :)
HURRAY! ;D lol.
I didn't mention on here how well it went, and just wanted to say a little about Dr. Paveller. The first appointment went extremely well (minus a few technology hiccups). He is incredibly nice, easy to schedule with, and perhaps one of the most understanding people I have met. He also seems to know what we go through very well, as on several occasions he reaffirmed to me why I think the way I do a lot, and stated fears I have... without even having to tell him.
For anyone unable to physically speak to a therapist, or just someone who prefers to type rather than talk one-on-one I definitely suggest Dr. Graham Peveller. But, definitely know that his time-zone will most likely be quite different.
madirocks ,
What time zone is he in ? That's cool that he was able to show you that he understands what you maybe feeling...shows he has experience.
He's in Philippines GMT + 8
Oh wow, that's cool.
I'm glad to hear that it went well, without any technical glitches.,as my therapist will be starting Skype sessions in October.

Magnificent! I honestly think it could be done by more therapists. I imagine it's more relaxing for both the therapist and the patient, since there's no need to worry about first impressions, etc., etc.. Plus, the sessions can occur anywhere really, so long as there's a connection. <shameless shout-out> Love iPad 3G! There's a free Skype app for iPhone and iPad.
I've contacted him regarding validation of his letters of recommendation in my country. Not exactly sure I could use it to start HRT. :-\
