Batman Returns with Michele Pfeiffer is my favorite Batman movie because I can totally feel and relate to her character at times
Which one is your favorite?
LONG LIVE CATWOMAN!!!
... Meow
I kinda like the original Adam West/Burt Ward BIFF BAM POW one, it's so 60's. Though I think the newest ones with Christian Bale come closest to getting the original theme of the comic book right, and it's pretty dark.
i like the last 2 batman movies . they are very close to the feel of batman i feel and NO BLOODY BAT NIPPLES .. nor the dumb comedy
I like Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. They're really well done with excellent acting and writing. The only thing I don't like is Christian Bale's batman voice. He must be gargling gravel or something :D
Special shoutout to the 90's cartoon though. There will never be better voice actors for a Batman cartoon. <3
I only saw the dark knight, I was never a big fan of such movies (good guy bad guy, good guys girl is kidnapped etc etc) and the dark knight kinda reinforced that, was robin in any? I can't remember seeing him in the dark knight unless they made his character less robin like *shrugs*.
I love Christopher Nolan's Batman films. The writing is powerful and dark which draws me in. I can't wait for The Dark Knight Rises.
I like the original. "Some days you just can't get rid of a bomb!"
I'm a total Christopher Nolan fanboy, so Batman Begins and The Dark Knight for me. Set pics have been released for The Dark Knight Rises, and I am SO PUMPED for Tom Hardy as Bane. Anne Hathaway as Catwoman? Not so much.
Mask of the Phantasm was good - I cold definitely watch more animated batman stuff.
The Dark Knight Rises was amaaaazing
I'm a huge Batman geek, and I'm EXTREMELY picky about the character and his mythos. The only two live action films I truly love are Batman (1989) and Batman Begins. Neither are without flaws, but they're close to perfect. If I were to rank all of the live action films, it would go:
1) Batman (1989)
2) Batman Begins
3) The Dark Knight
4) Batman Forever
5) Batman Returns
6) The Dark Knight Rises
7) Batman & Robin
8 ) Batman (1966)
9) Batman and Robin (1949)
10) Batman (1943)
If we're taking the animated features into account, Mask of the Phantasm would be #3.
Under the red hood is the best for me. Dark knight rises was pretty epic and I very much enjoy dark knight.
Christopher Nolan's Trilogy really captured Batman as Bruce Wayne in a way that hadn't been done before. Christian Bale is (as always) a magnificent actor and really embodies the character, imo. I could never get into Michael Keaton as Batman (whatever happened to Keaton anyways?). Every time I look at Michael Keaton all I see is Beetlejuice, lol.
