Title: Beard grow speed up on first weeks of HRT is it possible?
Post by: Medusa on July 11, 2011, 06:22:58 AM
Hi
I want to ask if someone experienced same thing or maybe it is just my feeling.
I'm in third week of low dose HRT and it looks like my beard grow faster than before, is it possible?
I used to have smooth upper lip area for two days after shaving and now I have it raw next day.

Yes. Sudden change in hormones balances causes your body to produce more testosterone to try to compensate against the increase in estrogen. The event is only temporary.

Aha. I got really long hairs on my upper arms and back where I've never had hair before.  It's fallen out since.
