So I live in North-East Florida in the Jacksonville area and I need help finding a therapist or counselor that will help me with getting my letter or even if someone knows of a reliable online source for this. Thanks for the help guys.

I'm not sure how reliable this is but you could try googling "Gender therapists in Jacksonville North-East Florida."
Sorry that's all I can think of, maybe Susan's has a page on it?
