Title: Missing Thread and posting?
Post by: Alex02 on July 20, 2011, 02:56:21 PM
Can anyone tell me what happened to the thread "alienation from cisiety" in which I posted recently? Has it been deleted, and if yes, why? Why is there no explanation?
And why did there similarly vanish a comment in the "shedding some light" thread?

Is this moderators deleting things, that may looked offensive?
What do you think, can you remember this thread and the comment?

Or is it my memory f***ing with me? (Which would be truly scary :o )

Confused Greetings, Alex

Sorry for the confusion, but the OP requested several threads they started be removed.  Management obliged.

They were the beginnings of a post that the management deleted with out warning or even letting me rephrase, or even letting me understand the complete reasoning in junguntion with each of the TOS I went against.

I still haven't gotten an explanation other than I violated the TOS and the deletor didn't think it was worth her time to explain it to me.
So I give up, maybe the last couple months were riding on that edge that is there by the TOS billboard warning system with flashing lights.
So I had everything dumped in the hope that I had not instigated anything that could have crossed over that line.

I am not complaining about the line, I trust that I did cross it, and I trust that there is not enough time to fully explain the remarks of deletion that were made to me.
So thos topics, those possible bridges to understanding have been burned.
I honestly didn't think anyone would really notice or care enough to write something if they did.

And I will tell all of you that the staff here is top notch.
They do care about all of you.
Thats a pretty tough job right there.

I can be very unstable at times, and this appears to have been one of them.
The administrator that helped me through the process has always had my respect. Now she has much more.
I honestly do and everyone should have respect for the time and effort they each voluntarily put into Susan's

sounds complicated

i also noticed that posts and threads have been disappearing, i, and was a bit worried because of it. but if it has been peacefully resolved, then it's all ok

Ah okay, I see. No harm done, then.
I didn't see anything offensive there, but I often overlook such things.

It's okay, if the moderators think so, I feel this is a very caring forum compared to others, so just keep it up :).

I wonder, if there would be any way to show, that a thread or comment has been deleted? So nobody would be asking again like I did.
For a short moment I was quite confused and wondered if there could be something wrong with my memory
(maybe I just read to much psycho-thrillers recently ;) ) .

Greets, Alex

I can't even get a copy of the original post that was deleted, which started the mass deleting I requested.
It's apparently deleted along with everything else. It does leave room for great posts like yours though.

No rules were broken, the posts were deleted at request of the OP. I couldn't talk them out of it, so I honored their request.

Onward to new and improved androgyne topics!!!  ;D

Thank you Z! Is it just me or did a topic I just posted get deleted? I even commented in it a couple times yesterday. How very strange.
