After months of dicking around by my endocrinologist, I finally had my appointment to learn how to inject! It was a lot easier than I made it out to be. It didn't even hurt!
Last night I had a dream that it was already next week and I had to take another one. I think time will go slowly from now on...
Congrats! Looks like we will be on the road at the same time ... I get my first shot Aug1st
Congrats!
Grats to both of you!
Congrats! :D
time goes by suuuuper slow for around the first 5 weeks, (days feel like weeks) then it fly's by (for me at least)
Congrats!!! ;D
Oh, dear, you've been SHOT! By YOURSELF! O.O EGADS!
Seriously, though, congratulations! XD
Congrats!

Same.
After that I started dreading the day I have to 'shoot up'... I think the novelty wears off.

I still look forward to my shots, and im 10 months in, and do my shots weekly rather then bi weekly
Congrats!
It's a very exciting time.
The novelty of having to stab yourself every other week is kind of trying eventually, though. Embrace it while you can!
congrats. Im counting down the twelve days to my second injection
Congratulations!!
Thanks everyone! :3
@Robert Scott: Sweet! Congrats on getting your shot soon! If you're as excited as I was, I'm sorry it feels like such a long wait. XD
@Elijah Yeah, I'm taking mine weekly too...I hope I keep looking forward to it like you do.

I think one of the reasons I still look forward to it is because I dont have a needle phobia
