A TRANSGENDER woman says she is unsatisfied with an apology she received from Sainsbury's in Walton, after an employee directed her to the disabled toilets.

Stephanie Collins, 55, was sent a letter of apology by the Heart shopping centre-based supermarket's manager, after a member of staff blocked her exit from the ladies before making the remarks.

However, Stephanie said the four-sentence letter was not good enough and the manager 'failed to embrace responsibility'.
