My psychiatrist told me something that made a lot of sense the other day: Doctors do a lot of work to treat depression, and eliminate anxiety. But they don't teach people how to be happy. Removing depression does not automatically grant happiness. Happiness is a skill. You work on it, every day, like a muscle, and it gets stronger.
What is the purpose of life?!!!
Whatever you want it to be.
The purpose oof life is to love youself, to futher youself in knowlege, to honor yourself by doing the right thing, to help oithers, to no defile yourself by taking the easy way out.
