We can no more chose our sexual orientation than we can our gender.

It isn't something you can control.

There have been lots of posts by people who were treated by therapists pushing an anti-gay agenda. They all have pointed out that it doesn't work.  You can't choose your orientation, so you will have to learn to live with it. I'd suggest a  decent therapist to help get a handle on it.
