-pokes head in- Hi ladies!
I don't normally come to this section of the forum, but I thought some of you might be interested in this. :) I'm sure some of the gals on here have already seen it, but I only found it a couple of days ago and it blew my mind.
This webcomic follows eight characters, telling each of their stories in turn. I'd recommend reading the whole thing, since it's chronological and all of the character's stories intertwine, but if you don't want to do that you can skip straight to Tom's story. He's a FTM character, but his story is linked very closely with Charlie, who is MTF, so if you want the whole story it's best to start there. Charlie's story isn't finished yet, but there's a lot of it in with Tom's. :)
I was a little afraid before reading this, but the writer has done an amazing job when it comes to the trans characters, so I feel comfortable linking it.

For a webcomic, it's actually mostly readable. I have to say, I'm impressed that it wasn't as trite and terrible as it turned out to be. It's certainly WAY better than Venus Envy.

I remember Venus Envy. I can't believe it ended how it did.

Its been years since I've read Venus Envy (or kept up with it even), so I have to ask...how did it end?
I've been following Khoas for a while, originally cause of Amber and Nay. I love Charlie's story though.
The author, Tab, is a trans guy.

With a giant dump being taken on the readers. Just check out the final strip for yourself.

I just peeked at the end, and it had everyone killing each other.
I tried to read it, and I tried to read Khaos - I preferred Khaos, but the comic format really isn't for me.
Yeah, I read Venus Envy too a long time ago. I'm not sure it was meant to end that way, I think it just got abruptly broken off, maybe something happened to the author that meant they couldn't finish it?

Consider Susan's, how many people leave after they're post-op? Sometimes they just stop posting, other times they make a very public (on Susan's at least) break. Could it be that's what happened to Venus Envy, that Erin completed her transition and decided to move on?
Been a long time reader. I'm whitney_ in the ls! :D
That was magnificent. Thank you for sharing, Max! :D
Your very welcome! :D
Another fun trans comic is T-Gina.

I can relate to Khaos in many ways and I am glad you linked it. Sadly... all the happy endings? I just can't see real life being that beautiful.....
Holy crap, thanks for posting this. You just filled my nerd quota for the day :D I reall hope he updates soon. I was getting sucked into Charlie's story... I think I like her more than Tom.
I like the sardonic nature of Trans Girl Diaries (http://transgirldiaries.com/), myself :). Mostly one-offs with a jaded eye on the life that is trans - with a few more ongoing themes and storylines from time to time. Sometimes really spot-on, for example:

That is pretty much how I see the pos system... and then they wondered why the suicide rate was high 'n' made it harder to get things done... to save us...

I love that one. It's funny and depressing at the same time.
Also, just finished reading all of that Khaos Komix up to now, it was p good. But I couldn't stop feeling like I was reading an anime fanfiction by a yaoi fan for most of it, mainly just how it was wrote and how the characters were portrayed.

I think I really like this one. It kind of reminds me of the old transegeneration webcomic. http://www.transe-generation.com/default.php (http://www.transe-generation.com/default.php)
Keep them coming! I wish I had known about these years ago, lol.
Sadly I can't read them at work though. :(
