How do I customize my profile with like an avatar and signature and everything?? Usually I am hugely geek and can figure it out... but I am all  :o

...I thought it could be based on "level" or "tier" of membership status.. that was the only other thing I could think of.. Thanks!!

Well, reply to this, you'll be at 15 and that feature should be enabled.
