You should contact your endocrinologist.

Leg pain is a known side effect as well as dizziness, headaches, etc.
It may be enough to adjust your dose.

My first weeks were all full of strange sensations however so your doctor "may" tell you to ride it out.
Either way, whenever you feel any discomfort in reaction to any medication, the safe bet is to contact your doctor.

I did get bad headaches after my first few injections. I also had aching and twitching of the muscles where I injected. You're on the cream though, so I doubt those would be expected symptoms for you. I would talk to your doctor if it's really bothering you, though. But it could be many things.

My son reported the same thing, but checked with his endo to make sure nothing was wrong anyway.

I started on a very low dose and scaled up, so I didn't really have any noticeable side effects. If they started you right off on what they expect to be your full dose, it may be a bit of a shock to your system. Sore muscles and fatigue might be normal. Loss of appetite/head feeling funny is odd, but not particularly scary. But if any of it's bothering you, get checked out, like everyone else said.

I felt pretty tired the first couple of weeks and also had muscular pain a fair bit. You could also just be run down without any link to T...

Unfortunately, I don't know how gel effects one and their body - I'm on injections, and I imagine that they have different side effects. If I were you, I would call my doctor right away and ask him if these things are normal or not. It might be no big deal, but it also might be a giant red-flag. Better to be safe than sorry. Best of luck, dear!
