When most parents of ten year old boys are summoned by their child for an important chat, issues that come up might be schoolwork, bullying or why it is essential they get that dream gift for their birthday.
Jennifer and John's son was, however, never quite so straightforward.
Jack's young parents, who live in a small town in Ohio, faced a heartbreaking dilemma this year when their child told them what they always suspected but had never properly confronted - he wanted to live as a girl.
Good for Jackie's Mom and Dad. Boo, Hiss for Grampa. He need to get his head out of that place.
Considering the Daily Mail and its readership, the amount of positive comments to the article is encouraging.
I've been noticing that with the Daily Mail, lately, as well.
I was expecting sheer hate and bigotry per usual, the understanding and acceptance actually made my jaw shock. I like to read the comments of Daily Mail, FOX News, etc. for a good laugh and this is such a radical departure! Hope one day the FOX News, WSJ readership becomes that accepting over here. Going to take a while though :embarrassed:
