Hi all, I'm going to Brassard in Feb and I'm worried about the depth I will get. I know dilators will help with that (I think) but if you can't handle a certain size you have to be realistic as I'm told. How does depth for post ops compare with that of GG's? Will it give me away if I'm with a guy who is say, 8 inches, for example?
Thanks!
Hi there,
first thing to know, post-op or not, that any gg's depth is not much more then ~4". BUT, the big but, - this will go OK to twice that when aroused i.e. ~8". Same incidentally applies to width.
We mostly, would struggle to get 38mm width, ggs will quite easily go to 60mm and giving birth dilating to 100mm is pretty much the norm.
For this reason it is a good thing to get as much depth as one can, say 6 - 7" at best. More seems unrealistic.
Next, - it depends on technique and ALSO on available skin and skin graft 'material'.
If circumcised there is obviously less to work with, it may also result in less depth.
If all fails, there is colon-section (colovaginoplasty) which quite easily can provide 8" depth but will result in a much more invasive operation, leaving a scar about 3x the size a hysterectomy or c-section would leave.
I've seen my one friend after her colon-section (the only option in SA's GRS protocol)
I hope this helps,
Axelle
So the expansion upon arousal will happen to post op's just like GG's? I'm understanding we would be tighter than the norm for the most part based on what Axelle said?
No! - neo-vaginas do not have expansion on arousal, not in depth anyway, some in width, yes.
BTW 38mm width is TIGHT, and 60mm for gg is just a result of MUCH more fexibilty and the larger pelvic opening i.e. one of the differences in female to male bone structure.

Having had some experiences with cisgirls, I would like to mention that some of 'em don't actually loosen up that far during arousal.
Some (like the one me and my husband are currently playing with) are very tight throughout any/all sexual play and arousal.
The only concern I'd have is that since the tissue is "made" to relax in cisgirls that there might be an increased risk of pain if pushing one's limits with a neovagina when compared to a cisgirl's vagina.
(Coming from me though, with my nonexistent experiences with neovaginas, it may be poor/misinformed advice.)
Personally when healing after surgery i stayed in the same position they put me in and never moved for 7 days. I didn't eat and i just layed there and pushed the plunger for pain. When its placed its at the best they can do and it takes at least 7 days for it to heal in place. I didn't want mine to move or be jarred in anyway. Ironically i am a lesbian and still a celibate and single and a virgin so its never been used but 14 yrs later after not dilating for 10 yrs i still have my depth just not my width. I also walked bent over for a month and layed in bed curled up so as to not put any tension to pull it out while it healed and i dilated extra longer and more times each day.
Now the DR's want us to get up asap but that is only for their concern of an embolism or blockage. After 7 days I did have cayene pepper pills which does have capsasicin which thins the blood in the vessels and i also had vitamin b3 niacin which dilates the blood vessels and allows the blood to flow freer.
You have to do what you feel is right. If you smoke well do what the Dr's say or if you have any recent bruising to your body do what the Drs say otherwise if you have no family history of heart problems then stay in bed do not move let it heal and keep the depth your given.
I have it on good authority that neo-vaginas do stretch. Depends no weather or not you use bigger dilators.
Janet,
of COURSE, all skin does stretch SOME.
By the time you achieve 50mm width post-op (if EVER!) --- that's more then most anyone post SRS would get to.
Most any gg will not have much problem with that, - and then some, given less then half the 'training'.
As far as depth goes they TOTALLY outclass a neo-vj, - IF aroused to be sure.
Can we agree on that?
To say any more I might be crossing from the 'medical' into the pornographic, and so I better leave it at that.
Depth often is the lesser issue then actually is width - according to my learning, and that even for ggs at times...

Considering the average guy is somewhere between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 inches, a few inch difference is ok....
Watch out for men larger than your largest dilator, I learned the hard way!

Yea, not fun ...painful even.
Which is okay, really. It makes you appreciate the average and smaller man. Large, extra large ...no thanks.
I'm not dating men now anyway, so no big deal ;).
Lol.......I know the feeling. I just think of it as waiting for Mr Right.

Isn't it usually painful, at least a little bit, even for gg's?
Icephoenyx,
yes it can be painful in some situation for ggs as I well recall - being of normal/medium size ~ 5 1/2" (still for this week).
It depends on the 'state' of their vj.
Not being enough aroused = lot less depth.
Short girls, often also have a shorter vj. that may call for some OUCH!!
Then there be an issue with prolapsing womb/cervix = painful intercourse.
Also regards width and related dryness for numerous reasons, menopause being just one = painful penetration. Never mind stocking the 'bottom'.
So, the answer is YES, ggs can also suffer this way, just as any post-ops may.
(Lots of good foreplay helps --- lots :-)

Honey,
I can't help seeing that picture in my minds eye - you, with the correct prototype size member gauge, in your hand bag.
After desert you will kindly ask HIM to confirm girth and length, if we have a pass, we may go on for coffee at my place...
I LOVE IT! :-)
So we just created a new term: "Romantic Engineering", he he
Axelle
For what my opinion is worth.
As a post op for more than 25 years I can say when you use your neovagina it will be more flexible.
It won't happen over one night sleep but if you will follow doctorsorders with dilatation and after that the funny part, I don't think you will have any problem.
Sure cis girls are more flexible I guess, but you don't have to give birth.
And what about the size of the men.....you know why they can't park a car properly....they think 2 inches is a foot.
Relax honey, everything is gonna be okay.
hugs
Annette

This is something I'm really worried about, Do post op girls have issues accommodating most men? i.e. Is it routine to find that a man is too large for you?
Also, most gg's will stretch over time to accommodate both larger and smaller members. How do nj's stack up in this regard? If someone is obviously too big for you, is it game over in terms of penetration?
womens magazines always say a GG can relax and stretch to accommodate the biggest guys as logically a baby can get out the place the guy wants to get in.
we MtF are limited by the holes through our pelvis plus our femurs pivot points are closer together to make it harder to open wide.
my neo is locked tight in the morning but in the evening it relaxes and gets nicely moist.

Hm, ...
I think the issue is more with width then with depth - within reason.
4" - 4" 1/2" depth should do in most cases, yet if you omit to keep open i.e. stop dilating, when you have no regular sex with a male - you will start to close up. Pretty fast in the beginning, to about pencil size, I've seen it, though much less after some years of sex and/or dilating.
On the other hand, we will be deliciously firm/tight gripping a penis from top and bottom inside our n-vj.
THAT is something to consider! It's a far cry from "throwing a slipper down Oxford street" so many bio-vj will have to offer...
If you keep open up to ~ 1 1/4" = two fingers, what more does a guy want? - unless he is into 'fisting'.
In that case we (MtFs) will NEVER, ever be able to oblige.
Can't have it all now, can't we? :-)
Axelle
Is the tightness a problem for many nj's? I think that throwing a slipper down the street would be more comfortable for the street, rather than stuffing a slipper through a mousehole.
Tightness was a problem for me at first, but I can tell you a nice hard penis stretches it way better than any old hard plastic dilator! My largest dilator (not counting my boyfriend lol) is 1.5 inches diameter. I will never talk about my "depth" as it just sounds too much like guys measuring their penises. But I'll say my boyfriend who is somewhat well endowed has no problems, and he, like most guys, actually prefers a tight vagina to "throwing a sausage down a hallway".
I don't know about a baby's head, but the skin is pliable and it can stretch. I also sometimes use estradiol cream internally as it has many benefits, one of them to keep the skin soft and stretchy. Also pure lanolin cream (like breastfeeding mothers use on their nipples) around the outside can do the same thing.
* I think that throwing a slipper down the street would be more comfortable for the street, rather than stuffing a slipper through a mousehole. *
2 fingers = 1 1/4" = feel REAL good for the boys, make no mistake :-)
Almost like being with a virgin...
We're documented favourites in this department, he he.
"Throwing a slipper down Oxford street"? Nah.

That's my point exactly! I don't know a single woman who actually enjoyed penetration her first time, If having a nj is akin to being a perpetual virgin that would be pretty scary. :o
Honey, ever deflowered a virgin? I guess not.
Forget the horror stories. Also SOME ggs KNOW how to make themselves feel tight - very few do.
Results of bad "mothering"?
Enjoy,
Axelle
