how long dose it takes to take a top surgery and then be able to do sport,
swimming, fighting or any kind of exercises?
:-\
I am currently on a school with alot of sport, however I dont feel like I can join anything because of my cheast and because my lungs hurt after 6 years of binding, since I where 12..
so far im only doing sport 4 times at week,
you should plan to take three months off from swimming/fighting/anything that involves quick arm or shoulder movements. regardless of what others tell you how long it took for them to recover (there's people out there who started weightlifting again 5 weeks post surgery), after three months you should be fine, before that it's a gamble, pretty much depends on your healing, the type of surgery etc.

okay thanks..
You need to follow your surgeon orders after any surgery. It depends on the type of top surgery you have as to how long you need to wait to do different exercises. Only your surgeon knows how much cutting was done and how your chest muscles have been affected.
I will for sure wait the time he says, however I am worry if its too long then I might not get my parrents permission before a half year, they want me to focus on my school and suchs, and they refuse to get my surgery before the school ends,
only reason why I got a new chance is because my lungs start to hurt when I train or in general.
