Thanks everyone =) I could feel that it was in there somewhere but I just had never actually seen it. And yes it is much more sensitive, almost painful to touch directly at this point.
But now that it's emerged, there was some red areas around it under the hood that the doc was able to treat and excise when he was doing the same to the tiny bit of granulation I had left. Feeling pretty good about it ;)
Valerie, don't be disappointed honey, you have one too, believe me.
Some girls have big ones and some girls has small ones.
Some girls cis or trans likes direct stimulation, and others the indirect stimulation.
You could try to cross your legs and squeeze, your labia will be pushed a little more to your body and that can give the feeling where you were looking for.

I do have a bump or knot completely incased deep under the skin that can get aroused.
To be graphic for a second, at the apex where the hood is, if I press my finger as far into the skin as I can between folds of skin (labia and hood), there is a small, tiny opening where I can barely touch something sensitive. Maybe mine is buried (cry).
Just to chime in: before I started T, I didn't have anything that resembled a micro-like penis. It had no visible length at all. The only way to tell that it was there was that there was a very small 'hole'--which was not a hole, really, but the hood. I couldn't really see the head. What you describe doesn't sound like it is outside the realm of possibility.
Many times I've read it takes months and months to find it and get it to work. And that's cis-girls! It usually takes time for the swelling and the numbness to go down so as to feel anything. I'm over three months post-op and I just now starting to get sensation or to find it.
Micro penis? Actually it's more of a penis microed, since it's reused from the original one.
Remember, for those who can stimulate themselves via the penis, and of course some of us will not or can not do that, orgasm is both a goal and easy to achieve. That is not the case with females - it is not the goal to orgasm - the goal is to feel good; orgasm is not needed to fullfill the biological function. Keep talking and I'll start to believe it! Yeah I actually have yet to orgasm.....but I have felt a definite build up...I just can't seem to get past a certain point yet.
But I'm not really worried about it....I mean seriously it all feels good and sex is friggin amazing =)
