For the past 1 and a half month i have been trying to lose weight and muscle so far i have went from 165 to 148 :p my goal is 140 at the end of the year i think i might be able to do that :p

Wow, that's pretty quick. I'm doing something similar. I started at 165 late last month and am down to 154 so far. I might be happy to stop at 145, though.

Try going on a high protein low cal diet. I've lost alot of weight from just eating sushi & tofu for dinner and yogurt and fruits for desert.

I've lost about 40 pounds in the past few months eating mostly yogurt and fruit for breakfast and lunch and then a regular meal for dinner.
