Looks like this is a 2006 event but the issues are still on the table. and ENDA is high on the list for the gay lobby this year.
it may be that they have not updated the webpage.

I don't think ENDA is something we should support. Trans inclusion or no trans inclusion. If the government is allowed to tell people they must hire us, then they're allowed to tell them they mustn't hire us. It's not a power the government should be permitted to hold.
That's the double edged sword of letting government into this.
