Yesterday started out great with my boss lady asking me where I got my hat. You may know by now that everyone at work know I'm transitoning. One of the guys at work likes to joke around a lot about verious things. He thought it would be funny to joke around about my masculity. I walked over to him looked him in his eyes and said, you know how a women feels about her weight that is how I feel about my masculity. Its no joking matter. He said he was sorry and he wouldn't do it anymore. For just the rest of the night all that was going through my mind was how big muscle were. I popped my earphones in and put on my favorite radio station and Breanna came on Cheers to the fricken weekend. The song came to the part where is says, " Don't let the basturds get down there is a party over here. Now every body lift your glass up. I'll drink to that" . My hair stood up on the back of my neck and I suddenly feel like I was in a Halleuya praise Jesus holy revival camp meeting so think you Breanna for your revival meeting. I'm glad its noizy in there there is no telling what they would have thought after that rolling in the floor speaking in tongues moment.
