It appears that I am nearing the end of my hormone roller coaster for now. My T level came back today and it is firmly in the women's range. I also learned some things about my own body's reaction to fluctuating levels. I was also told that I could start E injections next week when my estrogen results come back. I am so excited about that. I have been asking the my various Drs for a year now.
I had a great day today and it has been awhile since I could say that!

Good for you, Emily. Are you planning to do your own injections or do you have someone else who will do it for you? My first one I was a nervous wreck!

The nurses at the VA will be doing them at first. I have given myself shots in the past and so I know how, but I don't want to upset the apple cart now and request it now.

Uh... If fluctuating hormone levels mess you up, injections are kind of the worst thing you can do to yourself. But you'll see how you tolerate them when you try em. Just... don't be surprised if you don't like the results.
Glad your T levels are back to normal. That stuff is hell, as I'm currently discovering after a failed attempt to switch to Androcur. Surprises me how much of the old depression was just straight chemical.
I should be more specific in saying wildly fluctuating my my E fell from high normal female to below normal female and my t went from almost none existent to normal male range and now I am back to the starting point again. The level changes associated with injections should be very minor in comparison. I can always go back.
