hey guys Do any of you know any recipes to raise naturaly testosterone i cant start T now so please i any of u guys know somthing to increas the T tell me.
PEACE.
There is nothing that really works.
You should google for Natural Transitioning or something along those lines. There's a guy who has been raising his T levels with supplements, diet and training. You have to be really serious and consequent about it all, else you'll mess it up. It's slow, but looking at it, it's possible. Also, voice exercises to learn to speak lower and all the right body workout to make your body look more masculine.
check out transqueernation there is a whole section on natural transitioning and a guy named tristan skye who has had a lot of success
Ah that's it alright, forgot the Transnation and the guys name. Tristan Skye is the guy who sort of invented the sceduals and all together with his girlfriend who is a professional bodybuilder. So they know a thing or two about workout and supplements.
Yes I think doing it the natural way is possible. I have a friend who is a female bodybuilder...she was very feminine when she started but she does look more masculine now and her downstairs is huge compared to most cis girls....I actually have started to work out very heavily and changed what I eat b/c I am pre t pre coming out....im hoping i can masculinize to some extent, tristan skye's tips are helpful, working out can increase testosterone levels
True, and knowing which muscle groups to exersize is imporant, cycling helps to slim your bum and you need to train certain groups to get more of a masculine triangle look. I'm doing a lot of workouts with a kettlebell and so far I'm very happy about the results.
Natural Transitioning is a load of bologna. There is nothing natural about it and even Tristan Skye has barely had any changes from years and years of doing it.

This.
I think people get their hopes up too much about it and in the end are disappointed.
I think the actual raise of your T level is minimum and it does take ages to see any difference in that. But I feel that if people feel it works (however little is does) and it helps them focus their mind and cope with the fact that they have to wait for their T. Then why not?
Getting Testosterone is at least 2 years off for me. And not 'cause I'm underaged. I've looked into it but decided I don't have the dicispline and will to keep to a tight scedule like that, so I do my own workouts. But I need something to work on before the 'real' rollercoaster starts. I think that for some people the natural transitioning stuff can be that.
The NT routine is pretty intense. It will take a lot more discipline to follow that then just starting T.

that plus the sheer cost of it and how many different pills for god-knows-what you're popping in your mouth every day is a bit worrisome. do what you want with your own body but i'd say save your money and good health for the real thing.
