Tip 1: The winged eye look is very very feminine and gives a youthful appearance to your face!
Tip 2: FOUNDATION: This is honestly one of the most important things, I recommend a matte foundation applied with a foundation brush!
Tip 3: Please do not put eyeliner all around your eyes unless you wanna look like a crackhead!
Tip 4: This might sound fancy but contour your face with bronzer, Sweep a subtle brown shimmer around your jaw and head and under your cheek bones.
Tip 5: Contour your nose with bronzer by sweeping a nice brown shimmer down the sides and thinning out your nostrils,
Tip 6: T-girls with a (large nose?) If you feel you have a hump in your nose, You should invest in some realistic looking false glasses, They are sexy and will take away all your insecurities.
Tip 7: RECEDING HAIR LINE: buy a light brown eyebrow pencil and literally fill in the corners of your receding hair lines! And then fill in all the rest but do it subtlely, Honestly this might sound crazy but it works!
Tip 8: Mascara: Sweep it in the opposite direction of your nose this really makes your eyes pop.
Tip 9: Blush: Add it gradually bit by bit!
Tip 10: Hair: Full fringes/Bangs work so well with T-girls, Hair extensions, Natural colours, Light brown hair with blonde highlights always looks nice!
Tip 11: Bewbies! >.< Stick some bronzer down your cleavage it works wonders.
Hope this helps but now im going to tell you how i do my makeup!
You will need;
Foundation
Foundation brush
Mineral foundation
Blusher
Bronzer
Pale brown/cream eye-shadows
Brown mascara
Black pencil eyeliner
Moisturizer
Firstly i moisturize my skin.
Next i apply liquid foundation (Rimmel Match Perfection) with a foundation brush, Using gentle sweeps.
Next is apply a powder, Translucent powder is my favorite as it just takes away the shine and gives you this flawless look.
After this i apply some bronze around my jawline and a sweep down my nose to thin it out and under my cheekbones.
After this i put some blush over the bronze that's on my cheekbones as it contrasts with the shimmer and gives it a nice color.
After this i apply a very pale cream eye-shadow up to my eyebrows then put a darker brown around the crease especially adding darkness to the outer corner of the eye.
Next is the eyeliner, Now the trick is to use minimal, I literally just put a tiny bit on the outer bottom waterline and some along the lower lash line.
Then finally i add mascara to the top lashes, i avoid putting it on the bottom lash line as it closes up the eyes!
Anyway hope this helps i will post a picture in a minute of my makeup :D
If you do this makeover make sure you girls post a picture, Any questions or tips ust ask :D

I was about to post something like this.
I think the number 1 tip to doing makeup is doing makeup. So many girls don't wear it...
I contour with cheap liquid foundation... I then blend it into my primary foundation.

AMAZING.
Awesome thread! My roomate ususally does all my makeup. I've been relying on her way to much lately, my makeup skills are getting rusty. :embarrassed:
I am soooooo jealous right now.... :P
Helpful hint
For dark beard shadow goto haloween store and stock up on alot of Clown White. Apply a little thicker then usual but not to harsh unless your going for the (im 12 and did my makeup for the first time look). apply to the chin upper lip and check area beneth eyes. Blend in will foundation then add powder. This is an old drag queen trick that if done right looks amazing and saves $$$ on expensive beard concealers.
By the time i was done with my 3rd laser session i no longer required the clown white but it deffinatly helped my self confidence as this makeup reduces running with sweat and really makes the foundation look great.

I think drag queens could teach the girls here a lot. Well the makeup side of things... Look at Carmen Carerra before and after:

That is the power makeup holds.
Look at me--a big old black man under all of this makeup, and if I can look beautiful, so can you.

I think drag queens could teach the girls here a lot. Well the makeup side of things... Look at Carmen Carerra before and after:
Yes... and, no. I have a lot of friends that are drag queens and some of the tricks and highlighting/contouring can be somewhat helpful... but most of the looks they end up with are simply to much and too over the top for daytime use. I mean how many of us know anyone at their job that comes to work looking like Ru? Really? DQs take lots of time and prep-work, for most of us on a daily basis, that's simply too much to do as well. Also the heavy pan-stick make-up and full-coverage foundations they use, look nice and flawless on stage under the lights... but in an office environment, it looks way too fake and unnatural. It just doesn't work.
My biggest tip when it comes to make-up is:
Less is more. Especially with foundation, powder, and eyeshadow. If you go heavy with a bunch of eyeshadow and thick eyeliner, do a nude lip. Or if you go with a dark lip color, offset it with just a little eyeshadow and no liner, or just mascara alone.

But the techniques for feminizing the face with makeup are what you should be using. I am not saying don't wear drag queen makeup...don't. But knowing how to contour/highlight with foundation really helps out. You can emphasize your cheeks, etc... eyeliner is a definite.
Less is not more.

I put the liquid foundation on before brushing on the mineral powder foundation. Doesn't it make more sense to brush on powder after applying the liquid stuff?
Hey can you help me with my make up fiasco? :(
I am just barely getting use to using make up and at this point is very minimal BUT I want to learn how to put on my make up the right way without looking like a clown.

That's very nice of your family, congratulation, you have a good family. The most important support is your mum and sister. Was it very difficult when you first came out? it would be easier when going out shopping with family. When did you first start shopping for female clothings? Although I have done it a few times, i was very nervous.
