In yet another eyebrow raising case in Texas, Primera police chief Joe Rodriguez has submitted a resignation and is under investigation by the Primera City Commission amid an investigation involving pornography found on his work computer. According to ValleyCentral, Rodriguez has been on suspension without pay since Tuesday for "texting porn pics of a transgendered female to a Cameron County constable."
