I was making some eggs this morning and realized that there were so many ways to actually make them. My favorite tends to be over easy or as an omelet, but lately I've also liked them soft boiled.
So how do you like your eggs, if at all?
I don't eat eggs very often, but I like a cheese omelet, or scrambled with hot sauce. I make great deviled eggs, too.
I like mine fried with a lil bit of parmasian cheese and olive oil, and placed on top of a tortilla. Then I roll it up and eat it. :)
scrambled with a little milk and butter. Lots of pepper served on toast with a little HP Sauce. Yum
scrambled with cheese, fried with fried potatoes, and hard boiled.

I actually did that once, but instead of parmesan I used something called Mexican Blend (it tasted kind of like chedder mixed with monterey jack). It was really good!
I usually only eat eggs on easter, so I like mine hard boiled and faintly colored from dye bleed-through.
Tie dye eggs, I've had those, too!
if it is not over easy... it is a waste of an egg...jokes
Over easy or sunny-side up.
Scrambled. Usually I eat them over rice and soy sauce.
Medium Boiled or cheese omelet
I love eggs. I eat them over-easy or over-medium usually. When I'm in the mood, I'll eat them scrambled with chopped onions, tomatoes, and green peppers.
I love omelets, especially ham and cheese. But, I'm terrible at actually making them. So at home, it's usually scrambled or fried over hard, with a broken yolk.
I can't stand boiled eggs.

Sunny Side Up!!!
...now I'm hungry.
Eggs and Bacon would be highly appreciated right about now.
;D
I like them scrambled, served on toast and a bit of HP Sauce on top. :)
Omelets w/ mushrooms and cheese. I also like frying potatoes, pour the eggs over them in the pan, sprinkle grated cheese and herbs on top and cook until firm. Sort of a variation on the Spanish Tortilla dish.

A balut is a fertilized duck embryo that is boiled alive and eaten in the shell.
Popularly believed to be an aphrodisiac and considered a high-protein, hearty snack, balut are mostly sold by street vendors in the regions where they are available. It is commonly sold as streetfood in the Philippines. They are common, everyday food in countries in Southeast Asia, such as Laos (where it is called kai luk - ໄຂ່ລູກ), Thailand (khai khao - ไข่ข้าว in Thai), Cambodia (pong tea khon ពងទាកូន in Cambodian)[1] and Vietnam
Remember you have to get your protein up if your mtf! LOL ;D

That's right. I use white vinegar. Water lightly salted and just below boiling point.
I like my eggs poached and served as Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon (although Canadian bacon is fine too).

I was served this in Vietnam when I was on an invited lecture series. It was considered a great honour to give a guest this. The damn thing had a chicken? embryo in it. I managed not to puke and explained I was vegetarian (I'm not). I'd never heard of it before. I then had to eat vegetarian food for the rest of the trip, which was probably a good idea anyway.
What is a local delicacy may not be an international delicacy
I saw this on a Jamie Oliver show (he is a UK celebrity chef)
Make your omelette mix, roughly, don't beat it too much, pour into a low heat frying pan and immediately add any cut vegies, meat pieces etc that you like, don't stir or try to fold. when the eggs set serve up. I've tried this with bacon, capsicum, mushroom, left over roast potatoes, toms etc. It works. Good way to use left overs for breakfast.

Those look like some good recipes :)
Every morning, I put mine in a blender with either kale or spinach and a jalapeno, add salt and onion powder as I cook them in a couple tablespoons of bacon grease. Have them with bacon and you can call it green eggs and ham. That way I always get some greens every day though I tend to eat more vegetables later as well. Occasionally I throw in some shredded cheddar when they're almost done.
Before I discovered I had a gluten allergy, I used to sometimes like them over easy so I could dip my toast in the yolks. Yum. No toast for me anymore. Paleo all the way.
Fried in bacon grease sunny side up. I put a lid over the skillet about 1 minute to steam the runny white on top, adding a little water. I like dipping my toast in the runny yolk. Side with hashbrown or fried potatoes.

Mmmm. I remember when I could eat eggs fried in bacon grease.
I'm trying not to have my heart replumbed again.
I usually have mine scrambled. It's not even good. XD
I want an omelet. o:
I like my eggs as a "Toad in the Hole" SUCH A CUTE NAME! Hehe.
It's more commonly referred to as "Egg in a Basket" around here.
It's an egg fried with in butter in a hole in bread.
That or I like my eggs with small cubed potatoes and cheese, all mixed together in a pan. :D
Toad in the hole :) Enjoy

LOL... Could make things a bit easier for the toast and egg version by using a bagel  Hmmmmm, that actually sounds kinda tasty

As VM knows I make the English version, I hadn't realise there was an American version. When the Yorkshire pudding doesn't rise it is known as frog in a bog.
My cultural tip for the day I think
I had some scrambled eggs earlier.. With some cream and garlic..
Eggs Benedict - with a nice Sauce Hollandaise over it all :-)
Axélle
The reason one would not use a bagel would be that the bagel is heavy and dense so it wouldn't absorb much egg. o_o
Oh and double post. It also would't enable you to have the cute little piece of toast~<3
LOL... I was being silly  What do you think of the recipes I posted?
I printed out the English traditional and the French toast styles to try at different times :)
I don't really like yorkshire puddings.
And I make the american version often.
The french one, maybe I'll try it one time.

soft poached, fried sunny side up or soft boiled. How can you spill it on yourself if it's not runny?

I'm customarily vegan in my house, but I bought like 20 quail eggs from a farmer last spring. They were tiny and interesting. When an acquaintance heard that she got excited (people always seem really proud when they get me to eat animal products ) and gave us a bunch of eggs from her chickens. I had to get someone to come help me figure out how to cook them.
I may have already talked about those eggs. I always feel like such a crazy rockstar when I eat them, laughing in the face of death. :D
