Title: T changes to keep track of
Post by: Sharky on October 16, 2011, 12:57:23 PM
I'm starting T soon, first appointment is in a few days and I've always wondered about the commonly over looked changes like head size, teeth shifting, and what not. I'm coming up with a list so if you're curious about anything I'm willing to track any changes.

Body hair, smells, facial hair, hairline, smell, growth, voice changes, measurement changes (measure hips, waist, chest, neck, arms, etc), hair texture changes, emotional changes, food (how much you eat and what you eat...if you feel hungry or thirsty more often)....

Ummm that's all I can think of. Some are commom.

Never thought about the teeth shifting.  Go for it.  I'd like to see stuff like that tracked.  Maybe wrist, ankle, hand, and foot sizes as well?

Cool! I'm happy for ya, bro.

I'd never heard of the teeth shifting before. How common is that?

I hope my teeth don't shift. I had braces for 6 years.

I've just noticed hair texture change this past week.

Yeah, how common is teeth shifting? My teeth are pretty much perfectly straight, I wouldn't want that :(

My teeth have moved a bit but I've got 4 wisdom teeth coming in, 2 of them have broken through the gum.

I have no idea how common teeth shifting is. I never heard anyone mention it before so I made a topic about it weeks ago.

Now I'm trying to come up with the best way to keep track of the data.

Here's the list so far....

Body hair
Body oder
Faical hair
Hairline
Sense of smell
Strength
Growth
Voice
Height
Hips
Waist
Chest
Neck
Arms
Reach
Shoulders
Wrist
Ankle
Hands
Feet
Head
Teeth
Bite
Nose
Ears
Eye color
Hair texture
Skin tone
Freckles
Emotional changes
Hunger
Thirst
Food tastes

I would recommend taking full length pictures of yourself. One from the side. One from in front. One from the back.

If you have a good camera and set up taking the same pictures in the same lighting and same angle at the same time of day will show all of the different things happening (physically) and remove the variables like angle and lighting.

Or do something like this
Noah takes a photo of himself every day for 6 years. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6B26asyGKDo#)

That's what I've been doing...except 2 pictures a week for almost a year. I made one video already (about 5 months ago)...no music.

Transition to 24 weeks (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_profilepage&v=cSIHebCYvAE#)

Is it possible for your mouth to get bigger?
