Title: Can you push down your chest more whilst binding?
Post by: Sam- on October 26, 2011, 08:41:37 PM
My binder does a good job on me, but it doesn't get me completely flat. I can still push down with my hands and make a noticeable difference. Is that normal or does yours get you as flat as you can go? I'm already wearing a size smaller than suggested, I really don't think I could fit into an xs; I'm considering ordering one from a different company when I've got the money to see if it works better.

I don't think there is any really further flattened you can get before you start getting into unsafe territory.

Yeah, if you are already wearing one that is smaller than the recommended size then that's as flat as you'll get without causing permanent damage, which you arguably are already doing. Remember that binding will never make anyone pancake flat, since it can't just magically make flesh disappear..

Plus most men do have some amount of breast like formations on their chest, some very small some larger.

yes i think everyone can. you can push your chest down more because thats a direct force. its really hard to make your chest as flat as you han get it with your hands. to do that with a binder the same force would need to be exerted all the way around your ribs which would constrict your breathing and hurt like a mother. if you get what im saying.
