i think most every dick has some degree of fordyce spots if you ever get a really close look at em' but they seemed to have gone overboard on a few of these, putting them on the head n' stuff. maybe it was to look more monstrous? i dunno

You can use it, but with a condom. It's probably just made with stuff not meant safe for human consumption, so it is not "food grade."

I'm not sure whether I should find this hilarious and creative, or horrifying for the fact that there's probably a large market out there who actually use zombie fleshlights and vampire dicks as fetish items...
