hi jason first you should find a gender therapist the internet really helps for that. if your under 18 you should try to get your parents on board. if you have any specific questions feel free to ask.
Most start with a gender therapist, as anibioman stated; it can often be required before starting hormones, and it'll help sort out any question/thoughts you have along the way of your transition. If you're having trouble finding a gender therapist in your area, here are some links that might help.

As others have said a Gender Therapist. I found mine from Google. You can try that as well. Mine specializes in LGBT issues.
If you want help figuring out who you are, or what you want to do about who are, then I would suggest seeing a gender therapist FIRST.
What's your insurance like? Where do you live? You can probably google search for gender therapists or trans-friendly therapists in your area.
But if you already know right now that you want to take hormone replacement therapy (HRT), then I would suggest finding a trans-friendly doctor and asking them to tell you of a gender therapist who they would accept a letter from. since in order to start HRT you usually need to have a letter from a gender therapist.
And you don't want to be seeing a gender therapist who your doctor won't accept a letter from.
You could probably ask your family doctor if she/he knows of a trans-friendly doctor. if they don't, you could probably google search that too.
thank you everyone for the help so far im sure i will need more soon lol
