I suggest a quick search on Google and youtube. There are a lot of resources out there (many of them free) and from previous discussions on the topic no one can agree on any of them. Start trying different things and find what works for you. For me it was working with a speech pathologist, others will tell you that's a waste of time and money.

Listening, observation and practice are the most important things. Modern technology makes this a lot easier. Record yourself and listen to yourself a lot (painful as that can be at first). Find recordings and videos of women speaking whose voices you like. Watch, rewatch and imitate voices you like in online videos. I just ran across a great YouTuber with tons of videos on makeup and hairstyling, but her voice, movements and facial expressions are an encyclopedia of feminine communication style.
