Anyone experienced their shoulders bones actually becoming somewhat narrower through hormones?
Is this even possible?
Sometimes I look in the mirror, and I think my shoulders are way too wide, then other days, they seem to be in good proportion.
I have wide shoulders, my mother had - but then she a bottom to balance it all.
If you ask me, you/we/I need to get a can*) to balance, not much to loose on top. About one dress size, like me from 16 to 14... and THAT seems about it. YMMV as always.

I agree. I've often looked at myself and thought "well my shoulders are in a good female proportion to my height (5 foot 9 btw), but why does my overall appearance still look like a man?", I think receiving more hip girth would solve this. I pray that it's only a matter of time on hormones.
Good chance to get some there.
In fact you be surprised HOW MUCH bacon a gg hides in her can :-)
'bout 80 000 calories (boobs included).
That's to have a baby (in the tummy and breast feed) surviving in a famine - mother nature at work, um :-)

Yeah, it's the waist and hips that do it. My shoulders were always around the size of my mother's, but it wasn't until I had significant fat deposition on my hips (which took a while) until it "looked right".
I do still sometimes feel like my shoulders look too wide when I'm wearing some clothing. I wouldn't be surprised, though, if the same thing happens with some cis women.
