Guys,
I haven't been on T yet. I am wondering after injecting T, could my feet size is improved?
I am wearing shoes size 7 in men and it's actually makes me not confident. U guys understand how do people like us want to be a real man, and seeing myself wearing tiny shoes size, small hands and everything, I am quite said. Some told me that the shoes size remains the same b4 n after T, it makes me really really sad...
I am an Asian, 1m7 tall, skinny, thin hair, I believe that I wont have my dream beard, I see many of u in this site shows up ur picture, ur chest hair n beard look amazing. Each change u have after T, please know that it's a dream of many people who can't have it because of their gen or because they haven't been on T yet.
Regards,
Jake
T is be different for everyone! A lot of people have said that their shoe size went up by one or so after taking T, but as far as I know it's not a particularly commonly recorded change or one that has been confirmed officially as something that will happen.
Are you starting T anytime soon? Either way, I hope all goes well with your transition, Jake :)
Morga,
Yeah Im trying my best to start it as soon as possible
I'd be really happy to see my feet size increases. I am sad to see my small feet, u can understand that.
How long have u been in T?
I've seen alot of guys report going up two sizes.
I'm pre T, but starting soon. I plan on keeping track of this stuff. I've tried finding out my exact shoe size before and I get conflicting information. When I measure my foot charts tell me I'm a 7 or 7.5. When I try this size on its way too small. I get an 8.5 or 9 usually. My hands seems kinda small to me. They measure 7 inches.
I'm 5'5 and I hate being small. What makes me feel a little better is my cis 5'11 friend wears a 9 and my hands are a little bigger. I know a coworker of mine wears a 7 and his hands seems on the small side too.
At least you can blame it on being Asian.
My shoe size has definitely gone up after almost 2 years on T. I went from a 6.5 in mens to about an 8 in mens.
The other day, out of curiosity, I tried putting on some shoes (vans) that I had bought about 2 years before I started T and they were so small, to the point where it was hard to get my foot into them and it hurt to wear them. Never underestimate the power of testosterone, I guess.

Jxpx, how long did it take for your shoe size to increase?
Also, can you say which age group you are in or near?
I've had a slight increase in diameter, but not much in length.
Be great if they grew, but that's mainly to help find shoes locally that fit. Otherwise, not a big issue. A 7 is still a men's size shoe. Some guys would envy that.
some peoples feet grow like a size or half a size some not at all. at least you make it into mens sizes.
i have the same problems about my foot size, i hate that my younger brother has bigger feet. my feet are 8.5-9 my brother (younger by 2 years) has 9.5-10.
his feet and hands are much wider then mine, so mine look smaller in comparison even though our hands are the same length. plus my fingers are much longer so are my toes.
also my asian cismale friend has the same shoe size as me and he is the same height 5'9" my point being that asian men might have smaller feet so i wouldnt worry to much.

I'm not sure exactly how long it took, as it seemed like it happened very gradually. I'd say it's been more noticeably different in the past year. I also think T has made my foot wider, which could account for some of the size increase.
I'm in my late 20s, so I wasn't expecting any change whatsoever in hand/foot size, but trying on a pair of old shoes proved that I'm not crazy.
I didn't take any measurements of my hands or any other part of my body pre-t (wish I had now), so I'm not sure if anything else has changed.
Your shoe size can increase on T. Mine, after 1 year on T, has gone from size 9 mens to 9.5 and I expect it to continue growing (my dose has been pretty low compared to most guys' so I have a lot of changes yet to come). My hands have gotten noticably bigger and more masculine as well - a while ago someone commented on my Formspring saying they didn't believe I was trans because I had "man hands" lol.
And yeah I know what you're going through. Having tiny hands/feet (compared to adult cis males) was one of my worst sources of dysphoria pre-T. But it's better now; they're in the normal range.
Hopefully you can start soon, too.
Do these increases in size depend on if a person is still growing? I'm done growing and I wonder if I'll still go up in size.
From what I have read a lot of people that finished growing still got an increase.
Yes.
My boots stopped fitting, and I had to get new ones.
I have been on T for about a year and a half...Pre-T I was a size 7....now I am a size 8...
Whaaa? I didn't know T made your feet grow.
That's awesome!!
Well I sure hope you guys are right!
I'd be damn happy if my feet got bigger.
Guys,
I really appreciate your comments n discussion.
Please continue giving me ur status of situation.
Im happy to know that there can be a hope.
It'd be great if my feet can lenghthen.
Thank u all.
I have been on T for nearly 1 year, and within the first 3-5 months I had gone up by one size.
My feet definitely got wider and I can no longer fit into my pre-T shoes. (I got really bad bleeding heels after I tried to wear them for a day, I thought I was going crazy). So it's definitely true at least for me that T made my feet bigger. I'm also done growing, so it seems like T affects feet size even after ur done growing. I hope my feet will grow a bit more, as I think I have small feet too and it's hard to find shoes I like. Even by 1 or 0.5 size, I'd be happy!
Anything that increases your blood volume (which T does) can increase your shoe size. When I was pregnant I went up at least a size and a half.
I think I wasn't fully done growing at the time, but that shouldn't matter too much.
I wear 7 and a half in mens, and it kinda makes me feel bad too. I have dainty hands and scarred and gnarly but small feet. Sometimes it makes me feel like I'm not an adult, like I'll be a teenage boy for the rest of my life.
How old are you, Jake Truong?
I'm 20 and I'm not on T yet, but just during this last year, my feet grew a whole size all on their own. So I think there is always hope.
These may be of interest.

I've always had the smallest toes and 10 months into T they have grown heaps. It's crazy.

Guys,
I play basketball, at least I play sport, would that help my feet to grow up when i start T?
I perhaps start T at this age, Im 20 actually, or maybe when Im 21, not sure about that, but is it too late for my body to grow up???
Thanks guys.Keep commenting.

I don't think basketball with impact growth at all.
You are most likely done growing. It's rare, but some people do grow in their early 20s.
My sister gained a lot of height and breast size in her early twenties, but she might be a rarity.

That was unexpected.
How much did she grow? ...height wise
I'd say a couple of inches. It really freaked me out. Both my breasts and height stopped increasing in my teens.
That cool. I grew about 3 after turning 18. I still hope I some how manage to grow more. I would figure boobs would have stopped mid to late teens.
Lol I just realized what you meant by unexpected. I only mentioned the breasts because it was part of the overall picture that I got from my kid sister. I don't expect anybody here is hoping to get more of that kind of growth.
She ingested a lot of drugs and alcohol in her teens. Maybe that delayed her development? Idk.
had to buy new shoes today, have grown out of all my shoes after a month on T (admittedly, i always bought shoes in a size that used to fit --exactly-- leaving no room for my feet to grow). i wasn't expecting that to happen during the first year....but then i also lost a pant size.
