....and now I have wine! A gallon made from raisins, and a quart I didn't mention before because I didn't know if it would work. I used mangoes, it's a suprising wine! Clear as water for some reason. The yeast died off before finishing the sugar, so it's sweet, but the alcohol content seems right up there! My friends call it "White Lightning" but it's wine, not shine! Hugs, Devlyn

If I could 'like' this post, I would. Don't know why but this post cracked me up. It's wine, not shine. *snicker* Love it.
I just racked that raisin wine, everything seems fine, I topped it off and threw the airlock back on. I expect to bottle it next month. Hugs, Devlyn
